The Cross-Strait Machinery and Electronic Commodities Fair and the Xiamen-Taiwan Import and Export Commodities Fair (referred to as the Taiwan Fair) are jointly sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce of China, the China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Mechanical and Electrical Products, the Taiwan Electrical and Electronic Industry Association and the Xiamen Municipal People's Government. The 18th Taiwan Fair was held at the Xiamen Convention and Exhibition Center from April 12th to April 15th, 2014. The exhibition area of the Taiwan Fair will be 80,000 square meters and the booth size will be 4,000 standard booths. It is planned to set up nine professional exhibition areas such as machine tool equipment, rubber and plastic machinery, tooling, pump valves and materials, instrumentation and industrial control, energy-saving lighting, security equipment, food processing machinery and printing and packaging equipment, industrial cleaning and cleaning equipment, and engineering machinery. .
